Exchanges & Refund

Sale items and made to order items (Gowns & Abayas) are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 1 working day of receiving the products

All returns should be sent back in their original packaging. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.

Please note the following return terms and conditions:

• Products are unused and in original condition.
• The products must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
• Take care of the integrity of the packaging and do not damage
• The item to be returned must be paid via bank transfer.
• The return fee is 30 riyals.
